How much do senior managers get paid at ANZ?

On Glassdoor it says the average pay is 195k or so. But my friend told me he got offered 177k.

I got offered 180k at manager level about 3 years back so senior should be higher. With high inflation everywhere recruiters tell me senior manager can command 200k base which sounds reasonable.
