ToDaMooMoon 70205719 OP : I'm buy, and will buy more. Easily a 2$ stock. 48% of their business was RU and Ukrainian. But they are diverse, liquid, and indeed Dutch based. They are not subject to any of the EU or US sanctions. This is a good play IMO.
