Depends. If u bought a 0.01 call with strike 36 on the day futu crashed to 21. And u took a position with 100 lots (premium of 1k). By the next day you would have made 300k. The premium rose from 0.01 to 3 in one day.

if new bird I suggest don't jump into option right away, and never short a stock. because those are higher risk play. One wrong move you can lose all your money. Before trying out options make sure you fully understand the product and the risk it entails. one example of a risk that stocks don't have is that options is time bounded, so you can be right about a company's long term price movement and still lose money (e.g. you believe company A stock price will go up from 50 to 100, you buy an call option with strike price of 50 expiring in 5 days. 5 days later price is 49. you lost everything as the options expired. if on the 6th day price goes to 100, you don't earn anything)

understand. so now I just read you all comment..trying buy and sell play play..n keep stock hope its get higher..like Futu.. :) just the buy and sell fees for moo moo seems not cheap on each transaction.
