I do not believe Russia will honor any peace.agreement that it signs unless Putin is removed from power. With Putin's current approval rating somewhere around 70% and sanctions not having enough time to be felt as of yet, time will tell how long the Russian people will tolerate the Putin's new normal. I see this escalating, and I do see NATO (eventually) intervening.
