Russia's stock market reopens after month-long closure,The MOEX index once soared more than 11%!
On March 24, local time, the Russian stock market partially reopened, ending its longest break in modern history. Russia's benchmark MOEX index opened up 1.3 percent before extending gains to 11.6 percent.
