Sprockett OP : That would be stunning if our legislators would actually listen to us. A large number of people would be propelled up the ladder to financial independence. I certainly hope that all my followers did not give up on this sector and instead have been cost averaging on the downside, and you should be realizing a decent return and a shrinking of your losses. Again to reiterate from the past, if the fundamentals 7are in tact, the company isn't going broke and your reasons for buying the company are still relevant, then buy, buy, buy as the stock price sinks. This is cost averaging, driving down your average share price.
