Mcsnacks H Tupack OP Birdistheword : Well it looks like what they are going to do is let it make a run to a new high so that 7 million shares can be sold into the float which they were having trouble paying on. So they turned them over to the hedge fund so that they could sell them because they had already missed the last 3 months of payments. The hedge fund wants their funds to be untied so they drop the price in after hours by selling a small amount of shares. Monday they buy that same amount back and it puts the stock at the top of the PM gainers lists which catches investors attention, not very many shares available with 4 million shares of short interest also. A run to 1.91 in premarket is all it takes to cause those to want to cover, they can then sell their shares to the shorts wanting to cover.
