UNRV- Maybe I am old school or that I expect more from those who entities that do stock analysis. I mean, wouldn't an analyst be expected to analyze the company as a whole. When it comes to UNRV, there is something seriously wrong here on 03/10/2022 and 03/14/2022, the company terminated the C.E.O, President and the C.F.O. . 8k filing blames current market conditions and a need to reduce the workforce and consolidate management. In the filling, they did not say anything about hourly staff and how many would be laid off. Checking the prospectus, the affected executives weren't overly compensated, and the C.E.O. appears to have had stock options as the only form of compensation. I reached out to the former president for comment, and he claimed a 10k filling was imminent and was unable to make a starement, but that has still yet to be filed. I own a substantial position in this company.
