Emotional trades
intend to watch the stock too closely when I first started out - resulting in me being easily agitated and I may sell out on the slightest drop. I usually end up regretting my decision and after a few days, the stock would recover and even rise above my buying price. Selling on fear is never a good strategy and I’ve learnt to use proper Technical analysis instead of depending on my own emotions. Also, practice makes perfect and paper trading had really helped me overcome my emotions as well. Gaining more insights and knowledge is also very useful as you are not basing your decision just on your emotions alone.
