Definitely very large impact. Current causeway drive in do not require expensive ART or PCR tests and hence more people will commute between Singapore and Malaysia. Furthermore a large influx of Malaysians commute to Singapore to work everyday and similarly Singaporeans live in Malaysia due to Low living expenses and also shop there - due to covid many shopping malls in JB have closed down. i would expect that soon Singapore will experience pre covid crowds especially from this reopening, would also expect that tourism, taxi, F&B and similarly themed stock will also resume to precovid scenarios or more.

As for the additional potential covid strains which may close the causeway again, this remains to be seen.
