The 4 hour now shows all 7 moving averages under the close: 9, 12, 20, 50, 100, 150, 200ma... The volume is increasing, CCXI typically trades below 1 million, but is up nearly double from average.
To make sure we are on the right trend let's check the XBI (biotech ETF) $SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI.US)$
On the Daily the candle finished fully above the 50ma, MACD is trending bullish and a classic "W" formed building support for a breakout (drawn for clarity)

iamiam OP LuckyPiggie : yes, they are essentially commodities (not really but they're necessary so they rise with inflation) we are going to see a biotech boom, with mergers acquisitions and buyouts
