dezelous : so would u prefer getting a fix income with lesser flexible hrs? u noe they do hire grab drivers this way too but income like 2k and gives u cpf too, Btw do u know hw HR calculate a person salary b4 they hire them? If u noe it u might not wan them to give u cpf anymore coz tis will reduce the cash income from what the drivers able to take home.
If say gov really force all the other Pte hire company to pay the cpf i tink most of the drivers will cry more than laugh in the end. Becareful of wat u wish for.
