student otg TheBank : reverse split could be as much as 15 combined into 1..what I read said they haven't determined yet but as little as 2 into 1 up to 15 into 1 which for those that don't know that means at 2 combined into 1 if you have 100 shares at the time of the split you will now have 50 but they will be worth twice as much
student otg TheBank : they are trying to regain compliance and maintain price above $1 for at least the required time as stated in rules otherwise they face a strong possibility of being delisted
