CeruleanFusions : Crook law firms often "open investigations" as a mere ad campaign to fish for any lunatics willing to claim they actually have a case and these almost NEVER make it to any court.

Its a smear tactic in order to make it seem as if MULN is actually under a LEGITIMATE Federal investigation and already suspected of having commited a crime.

The issue lies in the fact that this tactic can actually work well to a short sellers advantage because your average panic seller doesnt have the sense to know the difference between a real Federal Investigation under suspicion of a crime- and a crook law firm looking to make a quick buck by working with hedgies to merely make an advertisment for their services and cause paperhands to sell off....

And for about 2 days it worked

Thats exactly what this is... Its fear of the stock rising out of control.

They are bringing out the big guns now and running a smear campaign.

Betterthangold : Esousa has the filings ready and can dilute more shares around $8.42. The past 3 times retails has bought them up quickly and the price kept moving back up. This has shorts in the corner and with a day or two of higher pressure I think we could shoot to $8 really quick.
