Milk The Cow :
Milk The Cow : So, these companies are inside the ESG ETF?
That mean is not 100% confirmed yet right? = will be revived .
J ricciardo : Hm why are there overseas listed companies in this list (eg. flex)?
MM W OP Milk The Cow : It’s confirmed these are the major ones as of now, just the weightage may be adjusted based on their index.
MM W OP J ricciardo : Flex is us stock but it is singapore based company just like grab n sea..
Milk The Cow MM W OP : Ic. Because I find it funny why banks are considered low-carbon ?
Guess is they use less physical paper?
Seem to me they're forcing their way to put in the good companies inside.
MM W OP Milk The Cow : Not sure about their transformation plans but banks do have sth to do with low carbon concepts (or at least they do try to show they are concerned ..
If you visit some of the newly renovated branches, you probably would spot some signs that they are promoting the concept of sustainability.
From my point of view, it’s logical to identify good company with low carbon index. As in only when a company is developed enough or at least on the right track, they would concern about sustainability n going low carbon.
However, whether this low carbon index can monitor or guarantee these companies’ performances is another story...
Milk The Cow MM W OP : Yar. Something like sponsorship.
Milk The Cow MM W OP : I'm more interested in the returns .
Moocalf : No constituent stocks doesn’t says much about Low carbon. Will skip this.
