BB basically gives a forecast range based on historical data. The more records there are, the more accurate the pattern is. Any major changes would widen the range and form a new pattern gradually.
Tried to apply this on a stock I brought recently. Indeed the signals for down trend were obvious.
* Feel free to guess which stock it is. No bonus though…
