I went through his entire interview and twitter archive, he's only predicted the crash would be starting fall this year. And he's nearly right if the market doesn't reach another ATH this year. There was an ATH in december, and not since.
Burry bought $Meta Platforms (FB.US)$ and $Alphabet-C (GOOG.US)$ stock in early 2021, he definitely wasn't predicting a crash then. $Nasdaq Composite Index (.IXIC.US)$ $Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI.US)$ $Apple (AAPL.US)$

thabull12 : My problem with this guy is he was right one time more than a decade ago and now he’s some kind of genius. I was in my early 20s and could’ve told you that the housing market was on an unsustainable course towards destruction, lowering the fed backed lending criteria, with no oversight.
