Voting on de-listing
$DiDi Global (Delisted)(DIDI.US$ Shareholders shall vote on de-listing or otherwise. Major shareholders are Softbank and Uber. Don't think they will vote in favor of de-listing ?

欢乐马77 : I think Softbank and Uber will allow the delist, because that is the only solution for didi now. They could bear with the stocks for another two years. The sad part is for small shareholders.
MonkeyGee doctorpot1 : not sure if this is just rumour, after DIDI announcement on the vote it sounds like they changed their opinion on voting and just go ahead with delisting

71860595 : I am worried that since they got the IPO money, they would silently buy back stocks via Softbank for 15% of IPO price. 85% of the $4.4 billion for free.
DiDi knew about the government position but they went public anyways
