hao96 Kohson: price of yzjFH is unknown. They commit to buy if price below $1.08 but NV say how much they are going to buy. This is 1 to 1 dividend in spices, meaning that the float is massive. If institutions going to sell down, I doubt yzjFH will keep buying to maintain 1.08. Now everything is just pure speculation. only on the day of listing will know

AutumnRain : i rem reading a report on yzj that its financial assets have good margin. contributes a very good profit to yzj bottom line. how will yzj's numbers look like w/o its financial assests( spin off assets).
Alanbull : The financial portion has a high margin, but it is very exposed to the property market in China - based on what I have read. They were not very transparent earlier and many thought that their earnings are all shipping related. With this delist, they will be able to separate and account for the 2 business according. I like the shipping industry given current environment, but I am concerned of the financial piece, good luck all. I am not vested anymore
