Why do we always buy high & sell low?

Because we are being affected by emotions based on rumors/noise that are created by the market news.

Buy High:
Too optimistic
Never DYODD
Follows trends = YOLO
Got ambushed by fake news/WSB

Sell Low:
Making small profits 📈, thought am a genius but never diamond 💎 hands ✋ & later found out that price jump by a lot instead 📈  after selling
Got influenced/pressured by rumours spreader
Unforseen circumstances, Eg. Covid/War = panic sell
Found better opportunities else where with greater possible profit 📈

Some indicators can help to identify a fake trend.
Unfortunately, I'm not a pro at it yet.
So... No comments .
But I'm at least good enough to apply the basic of some indicators & not jump in 📥 or jump out📤 blindly .
It's not perfect, but at least not making losses .
