Kohson OP 48961688 : Normally, in the share market, any share that is Conglomerate company, the market will have discount in its share price due to unable to focus on different business section.
How much it will impact, I am not sure, but it is the term given for this kind of share
PoorBoy95 : correct me if i am wrong, you are saying YZJ is undervalued because it has more than one business and after the split off YZJ will be valued correctly as it can now focus solely on the shipyard biz.
