So we captured 14050 on the $E-mini NASDAQ 100 Futures(DEC4)...
So we captured 14050 on the $E-mini NASDAQ 100 Futures(DEC4) (NQmain.US)$ and 4428 on the $E-mini S&P 500 Futures(DEC4) (ESmain.US)$. Both levels were bullish levels and if the bulls capture it and holds it, shorts were going to start covering.
The next level will be 14260 on the $NASDAQ 100 Index (.NDX.US)$ futures and 4460 on the $S&P 500 Index (.SPX.US)$ futures.
As long the 4428 and 14050 holds, the next level at 14260 and 4460 will be retested and broken. This will initiate another short cover rally further pushing the index up towards the 14450 and 4500 level before we face another serious resistance.
Let's see how it fares and whether the bulls or bears are in control. So far weekly pivot has been captured by bulls but we had poor $Netflix (NFLX.US)$ earnings and $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ earnings coming out later. how will that affect the market?
Netflix weightage is only 1.2% in $Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ.US)$ but Tesla is over 4.8% or 4X the weightage. So tsla earnings will definitely be more important.
