The tripartite partners noted that flexible work arrangements had strengthened the resilience of workplaces during the COVID-19 pandemic, adding that globally, employers increasingly embrace such agreements as part of their future work.

  • UNeverSleppWell : Remote work has become increasingly popular with the younger generation, who prefer the freedom of freelance work over the stability of corporate jobs. It is more work flexibility, improved focus, better attendance and punctuality.

However, WFH may have risk of productivity or plenty of distractions, also limit access to information.   For me, I prefer WHF twice a week hahah, which means I can not feel social isolation.

  • Upncoming1841 : The only staff who are keen to go back to office are the younger single ones who wish to mingle and find life partners.

  • MaxSureWin : cool

  • KMoonTS : My company say weekly can 2 days WFH.
But my direct boss say u WFH need to inform everyone.
So now I don’t think anyone WFH at all.

  • 101754615 Upncoming1841 : It worked for me [undefined]

  • Zerocool888 : As long as you produce positive results which helps to elevate the company’s status and profits, does it matter if you WFH or office? What’s the use of sitting in the office and have zero productive. In fact, it’s worst as if you are a smoker as you will tend to waste time going out and chit chatting with other smokers. Anyway, this will depend on your job scope also lar. To me it’s less distraction if I need to concentrate on my work. If you are in the office, it is different kinds of distractions.

  • Always Growing : At the start of 2020, I resisted WFH because I preferred a clear office-home space demarcation for a more distinct work/life balance. But now, WFH has its clear advantages as most of you’d have discovered, too. Having experienced the newly formed habits that increases productivity when WFH, I really want at least 2 days at home to work (without the tension & hassle of anyone breathing down my neck, and seriously, mingling with colleagues IS time consuming although I enjoy it). Unfortunately, my boss will want to see our faces *everyday*. He thinks a noisy workplace increases efficacy.

  • SecretLee : WFH became a thing in the past when i Govt annouced All can return back to office...

  • ph2046 : Human well-being for substantiality too

  • Golden Goose : They dont have a choice anymore.
