TCCZZZ OP : Think they don’t want the share price to go up high so that if they make a lowball offer which is at a huge discount to its NAV, they can still paint a nice picture that the offer price is 30% above last traded price.

TCCZZZ OP : No choice leh, we are the minority, always taken advantage by the BB. See Apac Realty was sold to America bank at 61 cents when the last traded price was 81 cents, although 61 cents is still above APAC NAV.
Zom Hui TCCZZZ OP : But this counter NAV $3, if they offer something like 60% lower eg $1.2, then it will be the crap of the year
