Stock Watch OP Xin Chen : Good for both. In terms of cost saving and operations. Now they can bids for projects as 1 cost saving. Manpower transferring for projects. Taxes, audit fees etc.. But the SMN shareholders may not cheer much...( cheer only the spike in price during this period )
