Small bull : The base price is 0.131 as last close before announcement and suspension. Their documents process is 10 days ago price at 0.122 because prices fluctuate daily and they can't possibly amend everyday. LCH had said price depends on SM share. Read my post for the price calculation, which will be more than double of SM share price now. For example if 4 quarter merge at SM $0.44 with 44% share equity, then after merge will be $1 (plus Keppel 56%), exclude the 500 mil yet to add in. The 500 mil means adding to $1 pricing, so the real price that open after merge will be $1 plus.
