S’pore buys its oil from Petronas and Brunei. We dont buy from Russia. How does the higher natural gas and oil in Russia affect us? Why are electricity prices going up even before the Ukraine-Russia war? Plus many countries including some in the west are still using coal, climate change caused by carbon emission is a boondoggle. Indonesia has banned exports of palm oil for now and that caused food prices to go up. Higher wheat prices should not affect us as rice is our staple and not wheat.
