I am concluding that she may say that the market does not understand nor evaluate  the “growth stocks” properly, which is probably true; but seemingly she doesn’t understand the market. TIMING is 95% the reason of gains and losses.

Cardinal-BagHolder : She prob believes the market is honest.  So like if a tech stock show promise, her fund invests way ahead and takes some hit BUT im betting she NEVER thought hedge funds would borrow her own shares to rape the market which in turn dropped her own ETFs.  Right now hedges are out of control and they WILL break the system, mark my words.  You cant have unbridled greed running loose in a system like this, it will destroy itself.
