70603932 OP Talklili : Good morning I could not find a prospectus on issuing new shares. Earnings are slated to come in on May 13 as insiders have been buying in. Morgan Stanley issued a 3.76 per share recommendation while Goldman Sachs has a neutral rating above 3 so I bought in
