$Imperial Petroleum (IMPP.US)$ the shelved offering is for future use. the float hasn’t changed. they can’t do another offering until September I believe. The news the came out here had short headlines and did not specify. Most people didn’t understand what happened post market yesterday and there you have your dip. This should be a bullish indicator. There is still money to be made.

offering in double digits?? zero logic. if something is selling at $1, would you pay $10 for it? makes no sense right?
an offering will almost ALWAYS be priced BELOW the current price, if not why would there be buyers? that's why almost ALWAYS price tanks when there's offering news.
it doesn't matter if it takes place 1/6/12 months from now, the very fact that would be an offering in the near future, price won't rise as buyers would wait for a better entry or until offering price is confirmed.
it's a clear BEAR SIGNAL.
