Do you believe S&P 500 will rally at next 12 months? The data tell us it will. But why I can not believe that at this time? Since Fed started to raise rate at March, S&P 500 index was raising about 10%, now it go back.

If you remember 2015，you should noticed Fed's lift benchmark rate in December 2015, just from 0.25% to 0.5%, was not followed by another rate increase for a full year！
