It wasn't the lesson that my mother "told" me, but, it was the lesson that she "showed" me. Lead by example. Actions speak louder then words. If you get knocked down, brush that shit off and keep going. Don't ever give up.... FIGHT for what you love and never waiver for nothing! She always went for the underdog, never judging a book by its cover and giving everyone the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. My mother was a Saint to say the least. She would give the shirt off her back and half her food, to a stranger. She was the strongest woman I'll ever know.  As far as using any of this in investing.... well ofcourse. I will use everything she taught me, I will live her legacy while teaching my children, tradition, faith, morals, love.... because reality is that, "money" may not always be there. Buying your way out wouldn't be an option. Learning to live off the land, feed their families, making memories and building their own legacy for their children. THAT IS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT!!! After setting a foundation and structure I would then teach the value of a dollar and stress the importance of investing early. #HappyMothersDay

Life is what you make it, right or wrong. As long as you learn, don't repeat, then you grow.
