Numbers don’t lie …. Is a lie
$Simon Property (SPG.US)$ in the equity markets, pundits and experts skew numbers to support the thesis that supports the side of the trade they are on. One article says that the quarterly dividend was raised 21.4% and another says that it was raised 3% …. and both are correct. The larger number reflects the comparison of year-over-year for the quarter and the smaller figure compares last quarter to this quarter. and although both have a basis in truth, their impact on naïve retail investors is dramatically different depending upon which comparison is used. don’t be a mindless sheep who doesn’t or can’t critically think for themself. Or you will simply be a dumbshit pawn easily manipulated upon in this great equity market charade we all play
