IamJit : Poor revenue outlook. As interest rates rise, 2 things are going to happen. Firstly, individuals who were previously eligible to get loans are now going to be flagged out by the AI as no longer eligible. This is specific to the AI algorithms of UPST. Secondly, some of the individuals who are still eligible to get loans may now choose to no longer pursue as financing their loans become more expensive with the higher cost of borrowing.
