Notable Earnings 5/10
There are a lot of earnings reports releasing tomorrow. These are some of the bigger more notable companies to keep an eye on. But this week has been strange because some of these companies are postponing their earnings release for the next day or even releasing them earlier than expected. So keep this in mind.
There are a few companies in the food industry reporting. And once again if their earnings are similar to other food suppliers then they should have made some increased profits due to high food commodity prices. These companies specialize in the distribution of food products but they also produce their own. And I should point out that some big value companies in the food industry have been rallying hard during this market downturn and after their earnings they ripped even further.

Travel and leisure names here. Most other big travel and leisure names have beat earnings expectations thoroughly. They would get a nice pop after earnings release. But with the broader market going into the red these names didn’t hold up for long.
