"According to Refinitiv, of the 275 S&P 500 companies that have reported earnings to date for 22Q1, 80.4% beat analyst estimates."
I think "they" are trying to miss lead us with a fact sheet which prone to be out-dated soon enough.
Stock market is being "unreasonable" right now. Logic thinking just won't go through. It's best not to fight against the bear 🐻 since so many short sellers have awaken 👁 .

How's your portfolio performed in the earnings season?
Both are quite bad . But since my portfolio has more cash than position, it's not totally out of control yet .

What's the ratio of your position now?
I got more ratio of loss 📉 in my position .

Will you speculate or spread betting on earnings reports?
I'm flexible on both of them. It depends on situation, eg. if the stock/company is undervalued/overvalued.

Is it now a chance to own stocks from the long-term view?
My short answer is "Yes", if u are someone who can stand volatility (because the long term is very likely uptrend, maybe u earn a bit lesser than others if market continue to fall = but still a win 🏆 , I guess )
If not, maybe u can wait longer as I guess the market will continue to fall sometime.
(Some suggested to move to bonds ... but I don't think I will do that if I see the opportunities I wanted )

I tried out my US stock paper trading (since my low TP opportunities have not reach yet) thinking that... "wow, great opportunities 👏 " & this is what happened next ++:
