Oh my, Condo rents are too high now
Condo rents have reached new heights in April after it rose 2.3 per cent during the month. This is the 16th consecutive month of grow!!! And year on year, rents increased 15.1 per cent compared to April 2021.
I always fancy Condo for its good facilities, now im thinking maybe i should consider the alternatives??![]()

doctorpot1 : if you are local, HDB you can get it for very cheap via BTO or sales of balance. if you are lucky to get a good area, your capital appreciation is crazy fast (especially during this housing "bubble" in the last 2 years). I 2x my money on HDB already. plus the mortgage is very cheap as compared to condo, so those saving can either invest or save up.

nickelrust : If u buying properties for investment purposes, then condo would be a better option, the appreciation tends to be quicker and higher than HDB.
