MooMoo System Error was so obvious !!!
Today was so frustrated with so many moo moo system error which cause a lot panic .
brought TSLA P710 at $3.60 (time :10.49pm)
immediately the position show $4.59 which is immediately negative and loss was shown in the position.
as the price is moving uptrend from $3.60 to $4.20 hoping it was able to hit $4.60 so can break even .
unfortunately, it reverse and downtrend.
I got no choice but to sell to cut loss .
when I sold ,I immediately go to fund details and realised I brought at $360($3.60/unit) and sold at $360($3.60/unit).
the position had mis- lead my judgement to earn profit ( when uptrend ) and end up in loss .
Note : All details shown below proving the error .
I had contacted the phone operator but it seem they are not well - trained and mis-led my understanding.
Any one else facing the same situations?

102624615 OP : Thanks ,this is so disturbing with wrong data to mis-LED my judgement and potential earning .
Hope my above explanation supported by the data can make you and your team to have clearer picture of what is the ERROR .
This is a new transaction where as the phone operator said could be link to my previous transaction which is has already fulfill the "buy -sell "( as one transaction closed ) . All transaction closed is closed and new buy should be consider as a new transaction. I am already very disappointed with Moo Moo system and your operator statement make me to have a bad day ....
ShinyStars83 : I was also facing data mis-match where it slow down my analysis and judgement. Need to be fast actions when trading yet the strike price sudden hang and not moving where the bid & ask price already >10% higher and lost due to timing …
