don't understand

so I had $29.86 My Moomoo account, well last year had almost $90 well all of sudden drops down to $49.86. so when i try to withdrawal with 3 failed attempts, can't understand why because it was the same account the funds where transferred from. so there should have not been a failed withdrawal, so I was charged 20 leaving a balance of 29.86. after 4 attempts to withdrawal I gave up left the funds in here for good 5 months without touching and no trades. recently I tried to purchase penny stocks all 5 failed . well gopro dropped down to 7.12 purchasing 4 to the total of 28.48 leaving a balance of 0.98. I n 3 days or so gopro went up to 7.20, unless my math is wrong how is it my balance Is less then 28 dollars. can anyone explain this to me. I can't seem to withdrawal and any transactions i seem to slowly lose funds.

  • longsliver OP : took me about 30 minutes to comment on the post of mjne.. had a disconnection  day finally after 10 minutes or so I'm able to login. this some bs.

  • Dadacai : If you haven’t sold your GoPro, there won’t be any cash in your account. If you sold, you need to wait T+2 for the cash to settle. It sounds like you got charged fees for unsuccessful withdrawals. Were the withdrawals by wire or ACH? There are fees for withdrawal by wire. https://fastsupport.fututrade.com/topic114/h5

  • longsliver OP : here's the thing I shouldn't have that charge for who unsuccessful withdrawals due to the fact that it's the same account that I did deposits from if I tried to put it back into the same account or the deposit came out from and they kept stating that unsuccessful and they took a pee from it and just recently I tried to withdraw the rest of the amount that was in my account and all four times has failed but this time they didn't take it to see the fact that there was only 29 something in there so this is a crazy thing almost at a 90 bucks 60 is missing from charging me with fees and other stuff that shouldn't have happened

  • longsliver OP : pretty much at the point I don't care if they take the rest just shows the integrity and the credibility of his company anyways I lost track of time I got a rush out the Home Depot before they close

  • Dadacai longsliver OP : You need to sort out with their customer service why the withdrawal was unsuccessful instead of trying repeatedly and incurring unnecessary fees. For wire withdrawal, the withdrawal fees may be applicable whether successful or not. For ACH withdrawals, I’m not sure as I’m not in the US.

  • longsliver OP Dadacai : well is very hard to get ahold of them first of all and even when I do I get disconnected constantly so what's the point of keep trying when they keep hanging up on me

  • Dadacai longsliver OP : So far, those who have asked for moomoo’s tel number haven’t come back to say they got disconnected/hung up. When did you try?
