$CapitaLandInvest (9CI.SG)$ posted a 16 per cent growth on year in revenue to S$598 million for its first quarter ended Mar 31, 2022, amid a healthy growth in fee-related earnings (FRE) from its fund and lodging management businesses.

$CapitaLandInvest (9CI.SG)$ posted a 16 per cent growth on year in revenue to S$598 million for its first quarter ended Mar 31, 2022, amid a healthy growth in fee-related earnings (FRE) from its fund and lodging management businesses.
In its business update for the quarter on Thursday (May 12), CLI noted FRE for its fund management business rose 28 per cent on year to S$132 million.
The ratio of its fund management FRE to funds under management in the quarter was 51 basis points, compared with 50 basis points for FY2021.

$FRASERS PROPERTY LIMITED (TQ5.SG)$ : The property developer on Thursday posted a 42.7 per cent drop in net profit to S$158 million for the first half ended Mar 31, from S$275.8 million in the year-ago period. If the group excludes the impact of the gain on the change in use recorded in H1 2021, its net profit for the period would be S$22.5 million, resulting in a net profit gain of 603.1 per cent for H1 2022. Shares of mainboard-listed Frasers Property closed 0.9 per cent or S$0.01 higher at S$1.09 on Wednesday.

If the group excludes the impact of the gain on the change in use recorded in H1 2021, its net profit for the period would be S$22.5 million, resulting in a net profit gain of 603.1 per cent for H1 2022. Shares of mainboard-listed Frasers Property closed 0.9 per cent or S$0.01 higher at S$1.09 on Wednesday.
$Golden Agri-Res (E5H.SG)$ : The mainboard-listed palm oil company reported net profit of US$188 million for the first quarter ended Mar 31, 2022. In a business update on Thursday, the group said it achieved record Q1 performance on the back of a 32 per cent year-on-year increase in revenue as crude palm oil market prices continued to appreciate. Shares of Golden Agri-Resources closed Wednesday S$0.005 or 1.8 per cent higher at S$0.29.
$Cromwell Reit EUR (CWBU.SG)$ : The Reit on Thursday posted a 7.1 per cent rise in distributable income to 23.3 million euros (S$34.1 million) for the first quarter ended Mar 31, 2022, from 21.7 million euros in the year-ago period. Cromwell E-Reit units closed 0.9 per cent or 0.02 euro higher at 2.17 euros on Wednesday.
$Kimly (1D0.SG)$ : The Catalist-listed coffee shop operator on Wednesday posted a net profit of S$18.5 million for the 6 months ended March, declining 14.7 per cent from S$20.7 million net profit previously recorded in H1 of FY2021. Shares of Kimly closed flat at S$0.39 on Wednesday before the announcement.
