Nio to list in SGX

EV will be the future of electric cars going forward as the world continue to fight global warming and monitor their carbon footprint. GLOBAL WARMING IS A SERIOUS THREAT TO MOTHER EARTH affecting air, sea and land. As water levels continue to rise, oil and gas prices are rising, the world had to look for alternative such as Electric Vehicles to reduce carbon footprint.

NIO like many other EV are manufacturing more vehicles to meet the demands of the growing population. However NIO has been hit hard in both market and economy conditions, sending its glorious price of above $50 to below $20. Will NIO go back to its glorious days to stay afloat? There are many factors we need to look at before it can spring back to what it was before. Management, Management strategies, Funds, Assets and Liability, Right Team for the production. These are fundmentals for the success of any company. NIO being a China start-up, there are legalisations changes that may or may not favour any China companies as their government is tracking down on some companies. Hence to list in SGX, there may be some considerations we have to note. Policy and policy changes. Bear in mind that some companies do well but others do not. In my opinion, having bougt China stocks, I would refrain from buying further. Whether they are listed in SGX or any country stock exchange, China management strategy in running the companies and the policy changes by the government would make me think twice as I have experienced losses in China stocks. Though EV is the trend going forward, Tesla or Ford would be a better choice to invest unless you dont mind losses. To me, it is my hard-earned money that I am exchanging them for my life.
