Li Ka-shing’s Horizons Ventures is opening a Singapore office

Under the strict travel restrictions and national security laws, many investors have either left Hong Kong or expanded operations outside the city. But indeed, Singapore has advantages as a regional hub for investors and expansion.
I was born in HK, so I heard a lot about tycoon Li Ka-shing. He's such a successful and popular figure that shows up in the articles we submitted in school hahha. I think the company's move might be an indicator that HongKong companies are seeking a way out, planning for the worse?  And apparently, Singapore is a good destination.
