$UOB APAC Green REIT ETF (GRN.SG)$ does anything think this is a decent buy for up to 10 years hold at least? Since green tech will only increase in the future and this UOB backed, though the dividends are pretty sad but quarterly means its about 3.60 which is not too bad around 4%
