KDJ Case Study-1
In January 2022, this stock's K line crosses the D line from the bottom, and the J line crosses the K and D lines, signaling that the stock was likely to go up. After that, the average KDJ value hovered above 80 in February, suggesting that the possibility of a price decrease was high.
Tips: When the KDJ indicator values hover between 20 and 80, you should wait for a confirmation signal (the golden cross or death cross appears).

Besides, it can better predict the price trend in an extended time frame. For instance, the KDJ indicator's mid-line operation works better on the weekly chart.
KDJ can help you identify trend direction and find the optimal entry & exit points, but using it solely is risky. In the next article, we will explain why and show you how to use the combinations of KDJ and other indicators to help you find the optimal entry and exit points.

I would argue that The Ability To See Market Signals from Either Perspective is The Goal, and that realizing Technical Conditions such as these *Multiple-Answer* scenarios are like multiple indicator TA (context matters; and circumstances may not be mutually exclusive) from which we do our best to make informed decisions persuant to our risk tolerance.

  • Bawlz09 David 889 : i would love for moomoo to update the settings etc. for the indicator editor /customizer as well.  that would be awesome but i cannot complain as the platform already offers so many tools, and handy charts/info as it is. :) I've learned some thing new today and have actually been wondering on how to use kdj indicator - but had not really gotten into it, until i seen this. :) so thanks again for the heads up. I've been playing around with it a bit and I actually like it a lot in conjunction with other tools that is, such as the MacD and relative volume - ave pos price - capital trend & I've also been learning more as well as experimenting with the weekly chart moreso now (only with charts in a solid repeating trend though at the moment)

  • 鞭神 : This app can really learn a lot. You can't help but like 👍.

  • SpyderCall : And remember when a stock is rallying very quickly KDJ can stay in overbought territory for some time. Sometimes when quick uptrend turns around you can see KDJ cross below the 50 value at the same time.
