SurgingIc3 Roy Peck : For now, we are still awaiting on form-10 from sec but have been advised its just a formality. 16 as it takes 2 days to settle, 18 is date of record, tyde will be 27 so shud be able ard 30/31 as its a PH in US on the 30 if not wrong.
Tyde price is still unknown for now, all still awaiting for form-10.

SurgingIc3 Roy Peck : It will be automatically be execute within 60 days which i cant recall but shud be the 18 if there is no further request or amendments. But so far, all the filings have been in order and etc. Form 10 is just to know what the price of tyde when spin off completed.

SurgingIc3 Roy Peck : Think I ans your qns above, 16 which is today is the last day as it takes 2 days to settle. Record date is 18. So purchase today will be eligible, you purchase on the 18, you wont be as youre not on record by the 18 due to the T-2 settlement.
