All my reits investments are in losses now. Not sure how low the prices can go. interest rate goes up is bad for reits but reits are a good hedge against inflation. ?? Which is correct?? My conclusion is that when interest rate goes up, reits fall and fall. Not a hedge against inflation at all.

PE Goh : I think when ppl say interest rates go up & reits are good hedge against inflation, somehow I have the feeling they’re trying to moderate people’s sentiments and boost their confidence so that ppl continue to buy reits
