$Grab Holdings(GRAB.US$ there is no excuse why Singaporeans should be complaining about a dropping share price. everyone knows that Grab was heavily bleeding. earnings result came out and price spiked (maybe the angmohs were unaware of Grab's track record). then this to confirm the seal.

102315873 : I would imagine they neglected to do any serious research before buying the shares, since their train of thought went somewhere along the lines of "everyone I know is using this app, therefore it must be a sure-win company". Add in the hype raging in the tech sector in 2021, and misleading information that Grab itself likes to spread, and you have a bunch of retail investors sitting on huge losses.
Getting people to use your app is easy enough when you have a backer willing to provide you essentially unlimited funds to spend on subsidies and incentives. Getting people to continue using it without these incentives (so the company can actually start making money) is much, much harder.
