Insider buying, so called big sharks

It is a good strategy in my opinion as you get to know where's the direction of the big institutions and we can ride along the wave. However, how do we get a reliable and fast and live information on this? So far what have been read about on this strategy is just by looking at the volume and price action. Is there a more straightforward way by Moomoo?
