yes I think it is. but personally you should go w what you feel is right. not because you heard something about it from an "insider" due your own due diligence. I don't let ppl invest for me. I invest in things I feel will be best for myself. I mean I take no one's word as truth 100%. only because the market is honestly unpredictable so no one knows. it's in the end up to you and your decisions..
