The truth of Charlie Munger sold BABA and bought Tencent

Background:
1) Based on the public information, Munger, Mohnish, and Li Lu are close friends for decades.
2) Mohnish sold its long position in $Alibaba (BABA.US)$ and bought $TENCENT (00700.HK)$ in Q4 2021. Later in the interview, he mentioned the reasons: 1)Tencent is a better business, and 2) tax-loss harvesting.
According to Guy Spier’s lecture, Munger agreed with Mohnish, and believed that was a smart move.
Why did Munger sold BABA:
3) Munger sold nearly half of Alibaba in Q1 2022 for the same reason of tax-loss harvesting. This is because the number of shares sold is exactly the same as the total number of shares bought in Q1+Q3 of 2021, to the nearest fraction.
What did Munger bought instead:
4) According to Daily Journal's Q4 21 earnings report, Munger used margin account to add to BABA position. And in Q1 2022, after selling BABA, the amount of debt borrowed increased instead, indicating a new buy.
5) According to Daily Journal's annual report, the company invested in 7 stocks, of which only U.S. stocks are subject to 13F disclosure (including BABA), and one is BYD (bought with Li Lu in '08), and one mystery stock.
6)According to the annual report, Munger sold part of BYD shares significantly in 21Q4. Based on Munger's relationship with Mohnish, it's likely a similar storyline, with Munger bought Tencent.
